Kitchen: In the American kitchen (located on the pool floor) there is a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, 4-hob, microwave oven, electric kettle (kettle), toaster, water dispenser, dinner set, kitchen tools and equipment.

Living Room: Sea view (located on the pool floor) lounge with sitting group, plasma TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning, dining table, iron and ironing board, access to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: The en-suite room has a double bed, air conditioning, dresser, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: The en-suite room has 2 single beds, air conditioning, dresser, wardrobe, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: The sea view room has 2 single beds, air conditioning, dresser, wardrobe, make-up table, bathroom, toilet and exit to the pool terrace.

4th Bedroom: The sea view room has a double bed, air conditioning, dresser, wardrobe, vanity table, balcony, bathroom and toilet.

5th Bedroom: The sea view room has a double bed, air conditioning, dresser, wardrobe, vanity table, balcony, Jacuzzi bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 11 meters x 4 meters, 1.55 meters deep.

Note: For stays under 7 nights, a short stay fee of 5,000 TL is requested.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit requested for Villa Gülay is 5000 TL. Damage deposit is taken prior to your entrance to the villa and will be refunded on departure. According to the return conditions of the deposit, the villa should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, new guest check-in time is set at 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team prepares the villas for our other guests with care. Villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicles.
