Villa Gül Kördere is a 3-bedroom villa with sea view, decorated with modern furniture, located in Kördere, one of the popular areas of Kalkan. With its stylish design and extensive facilities, it allows you to spend your holiday in the comfort and convenience of your home.

Our villa also has a Turkish bath, sauna and jacuzzi, bringing luxury and relaxation together. All details have been carefully considered for our guests who want to have a peaceful holiday with a magnificent sea view. Villa Gül Kördere offers an unforgettable holiday opportunity for both families and groups of friends.

Kitchen: The modern and fully equipped American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave oven, kettle, dining table, dinner set and cooking utensils.

Living Room: In the living room section of our apartment, which has modern lines; There is a sitting group, satellite TV (LCD), wireless internet, air conditioning, dining table for 6 people, WC & sink.

1st Bedroom: Double bed, nightstand, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: Two single beds, nightstand, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: Double bed, nightstand, air conditioning, jacuzzi, TV, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 7 meters x 4 meters, 1.50 meters deep.

Note: A cleaning fee of 4,000 TL is requested for accommodations under 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: A damage deposit of 4,000 TL is collected before entering Villa Gül Kördere. This damage deposit is returned to you after you leave the villa. The purpose of collecting the damage deposit is to provide preliminary assurance for the villa against any damage, breakage, loss and damage. Instead of 4,000 TL, you can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros, which will be equivalent to this amount based on current exchange rates.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guests can enter each villa as of 16:00 in the afternoon. Guests who will be checking out must check out at 10:00 in the morning. The reason for this time application is that our special cleaning team enters the villa when our current guest leaves. Our villa is completely cleaned specially for our new guest from the check-out at 10:00 to the new check-in at 16:00.

Transportation: Since our villas are completely detached villas, public transportation service cannot be provided. For our guests arriving by air, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. We kindly ask you to consider this when purchasing your tickets. Guests requesting paid transfers or car rental services can request support from our sales consultants. For guests arriving by land and with their own vehicles, if requested, we will send location and directions.
