Villa Green is a luxury holiday villa located in the Kalamar region of Kalkan, offering spacious accommodation and stunning views. With 7 bedrooms and a capacity of 14 guests, it is ideal for large families and groups of friends.

Situated in a well-developed and convenient area, the villa is close to markets, greengrocers, and pharmacies. It enjoys beautiful sea and nature views, with a particularly impressive panoramic view from the rooftop terrace.

The jacuzzi on the rooftop terrace provides the perfect place to relax while enjoying breathtaking sunset views. Villa Green offers a perfect combination of comfort, location, and unforgettable scenery.

Kitchen: There is a modern style American kitchen and the kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, washing machine, cookware and pan set, dinner set, cutlery and glasses.

Living Room: The hall, which is furnished in modern lines, has a comfortable seating group, TV, air conditioning, satellite TV.

1. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, bedside table, dressing table, wardrobe, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.
2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, dressing table, dresser, wardrobe, air conditioning, and bathroom, toilet and balcony.
3. Bedroom: 1 double bed, sofa, dresser, vanity table, wardrobe, air conditioner, bathroom, toilet and balcony.
4. Bedroom: 1 double bed, bedside table, dressing table, wardrobe, air conditioning, bathroom, toilet and balcony.
5. Bedroom: 1 double bed, dresser, dresser, wardrobe, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet.
6. Bedroom: 1 double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, baby bed, air conditioner, bathroom, toilet and roof terrace.

Pool: 12 Meters X 4 Meters 1.50 Meters deep.

Note: Pool heating fee is 1.000 TL per day.  

         A short stay fee of 6.000 TL   is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Bail Conditions: A securtiy deposit of 7.000 TL  will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.

Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 16:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to run smoothly.

Transportation: The nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
