Located in Kalkan’s stunning Kızıltaş district, Villa Gredi is a luxurious five-bedroom rental villa with accommodation for 10 guests. Its modern architecture and spacious living spaces make it a perfect fit for both large families and groups of friends. The ground floor of the villa features a spacious American-style kitchen and a comfortable living room with sea and nature views. The upper floors house five en-suite bedrooms. Two of these rooms have en-suite bathrooms, and their jacuzzis offer a panoramic view, allowing you to enjoy unforgettable moments.

The gym, located in the basement of Villa Gredi, offers both fun and healthy entertainment with equipment such as a billiards table, table tennis, a treadmill, and an exercise bike. Every detail has been carefully designed to help you unwind from the year’s stress.

Kitchen: The American-style kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, island kitchen, kettle, toaster, tea maker, dining table, and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The modern living room, with high ceilings and sea and nature views, features a comfortable seating area, TV, TV unit, DVD player, satellite receiver, and air conditioning. The living room has access to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1: Features a double bed, balcony, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, bathroom, and toilet.

Bedroom 2: Features two single beds, balcony, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, bathroom, and toilet.

Bedroom 3: Features two single beds, balcony, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, bathroom, and toilet.

Bedroom 4: Features a double bed, balcony, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, bathroom, and toilet.

Bedroom 5: Features a double bed, balcony, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bathroom, and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 8 meters x 4.40 meters, 1.45-1.50 meters deep.

Indoor Pool Dimensions: 6 meters x 4 meters, 1.55-1.65 meters deep.

NOTE: A short-stay fee of 5,000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

The indoor pool is heated, and if heating is required, a daily pool heating fee of 1,800 TL is charged.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Gredi is 15,000 TL. This amount will be collected before your arrival and returned to you upon departure. According to the deposit refund policy, the villa must be free of any broken, damaged, or missing items during your stay. Otherwise, we will deduct the cost of any damage, broken, or missing items from your deposit. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros, based on the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Guest check-in time is 4:00 PM. Guest check-out time is 10:00 AM. Please plan accordingly. For guests arriving after you, the villa will be thoroughly cleaned and returned.

Transportation: Our villas are located away from the city center, surrounded by nature. Unfortunately, public transportation is not available to our villas. Our sales consultants are available to assist guests who require a paid transfer or car rental. For guests who prefer to travel by air, the closest airport to our villas is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our consultants provide location information for guests arriving by private vehicle.
