Villa Grand Kalkan

Villa Grande Kalkan is a modern rental villa with sea view, 7 bedrooms, 13-person capacity, located in Kalkan Barracks Region. The interior of our villa is designed in a modern and spacious way and is decorated with comfortable furniture. At the same time, there are 2 kitchens in our villa, one on the ground floor and the other on the terrace. There is a spa on the terrace floor and a section where you can sunbathe or read your book while enjoying the sea view. There are 4 double beds and 5 single beds. One of our rooms is located on the ground floor and there is 1 single bed. The pool terrace of Villa Grande Kalkan has been carefully decorated and there is a private swimming pool. You can swim in the pool or have dinner while enjoying the sea view. Villa Grande Kalkan offers an ideal holiday opportunity for families of 13 people.

Kitchen: You can easily prepare your meal with the refrigerator, washing machine, oven, stove, kettle, dispenser, saucepan, dinnerware, complete kitchen equipment in the large and spacious American kitchen.

Living Room: The living room with magnificent nature and sea views has air conditioning, bathroom, sitting group and TV. If you wish, you can directly pass from the lounge to the pool.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Grande Kalkan is 7.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there should be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The arrival time of new guests in each of our villas is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is determined as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
