Villa Grand Sea

Villa Grand Sea is a villa with 3 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 6 people, located in Kaş Baldıraz. All bedrooms have a jacuzzi and television. It allows you to enjoy a wonderful holiday with its luxury furniture, carefully crafted design and magnificent view. Thanks to its sheltered pool, it has a suitable structure for our conservative families and honeymooners.

Kitchen : The American-style kitchen, created with modern details, includes a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, oven, 4-burner stove, dining table, dinnerware and kitchen utensils.

Living Room : The living room with sea view has a luxury seating group and accompanying TV, satellite receiver, air conditioner, iron and ironing board, and coffee table. It is possible to exit per pool.

1. Bedroom :  There is a double bed, bedside table, air conditioner, wardrobe, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet. It has a balcony with sea view.

Pool Dimensions : There is a private pool with a width of 8 meters X 4 meters and a depth of 1.55 meters. There are sun loungers, umbrellas, barbecue, dining table and chairs by the pool.

NOTE :  1.500 TL short stay fee is required for 7 nights or less stays.

The last 5 km is a stabilized road, but the road is smooth, the municipality has done a new study.

Deposit Procedure : The deposit fee requested for Villa Grand Sea is 5.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there should be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information : The arrival time of new guests in each of our villas is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is determined as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
