Villa Grand Kördere

Villa Grand Kördere is a villa located in the Kalkan Kördere region, with a magnificent sea view and a 3-bedroom capacity for 6 people, suitable for a four-season holiday. This villa, which has two pools, indoor and outdoor, also has a sauna and a Turkish bath. Villa Grand Kördere offers an ideal holiday opportunity for groups of friends and families.

Kitchen: The American kitchen, which will make you feel like your home kitchen, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The living room, which has a modern and luxurious design, includes a comfortable seating area, TV, DVD player, air conditioning and internet. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, jacuzzi, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, jacuzzi, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, nightstand, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 10 meters x 4 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

Indoor Pool Dimensions: 8 meters x 3.5 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

NOTE: A short stay fee of 3,000 TL is requested for accommodations under 7 nights.

Indoor pool heating is included in the price between November 1st and May 1st in our villa. If requested outside these dates, a daily fee of 1000 TL is charged.

Deposit Procedure: Our requested deposit amount for Villa Grand Kördere is 5,000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your check-in and will be re-allocated to you when you check-out. According to the refund conditions of your deposit, there should be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of any damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guest check-in time for each villa is determined as 16:00 in the afternoon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important for you to leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a paid transfer or a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air travel, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
