Located in a high position overlooking Kalkan, this stylish stone villa combines comfort and elegance with its structure spread over two floors. It offers accommodation for up to 4 people in total with 1 double bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds.

The open-plan living area, decorated in a bright and cheerful style with air conditioning in all areas, provides its guests with a comfortable and enjoyable living space. Offering both the peace of nature and proximity to the city center, Villa Granatum is an ideal holiday spot for those who want to stay calm but connected.

Kitchen: The bright and spacious American kitchen of , dominated by white, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The lounge is decorated with modern furniture and has a comfortable  armchair, TV, TV unit, DVD player, satellite receiver, air conditioning and internet. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1: There is a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, nightstand, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 2: There are two single beds, wardrobe, nightstand, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

(An additional toilet and bathroom are available on the ground floor)

Pool Dimensions: 6.3 meters x 3 meters wide and 1.60 meters deep.

Note: A short stay fee of 7,000 TL is requested for accommodations under 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: Our deposit fee requested for Villa Granatum is 10,000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your check-in and will be re-allocated to you when you check-out. According to the terms of your deposit refund, there should be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of any damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guest check-in time for each villa is determined as 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important for you to leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a car or have a paid transfer can ask for support from our sales consultants. The closest airport for our guests who prefer air travel is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
