Villa Gold Premium

Villa Gold Premium is one of our luxury honeymoon villas with 2 bedrooms and an indoor pool with a capacity of 4 people, located in Üzümlü, Kalkan. It is decorated with modern lines. You can see the nature view from its windows, albeit partially. You can increase your holiday pleasure with the indoor pool and jacuzzi inside.

Kitchen : It has a fully equipped modern American kitchen. In this modern American kitchen, there are refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, electric kettle, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans and glasses.

Living Room: The living room with a view, created by considering all the details, has a sitting group designed for your comfort, TV, air conditioner, coffee table, DVD player.

1. Bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, jacuzzi, bath and toilet .

2. Bedroom: There are two single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet .

Pool Dimensions: 10 meters X 4 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

Note: For stays under 7 nights, a short stay fee of 2,500 TL is required.

If Outdoor Pool Heating is requested, 600 TL per day is requested.

Our villa has a heated pool and natural pool chemicals are used in the pool.
We use Calcium hypochlorite, the pool water is odorless and like natural sea water.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Gold Premium is 2500 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there should be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each of our villas, the new guest check-in time is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is determined as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
