Villa Gök Kızıltaş is a luxurious villa located in the Kızıltaş area of ​​Kalkan, with 5 bedrooms and a capacity to accommodate 10 people. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and all beds are generously sized. Its proximity to Kalkan town center provides easy access to nearby markets, restaurants, and other amenities. Living Room: The air-conditioned and comfortable living room features a modern seating group and a LED TV with satellite receiver. There is access to the pool terrace from the living room. The living room, which offers views of nature and the sea, also includes a shared toilet.

Kitchen: The villa boasts a fully equipped modern American-style kitchen. This fully equipped American-style kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave oven, built-in 4-burner hob, oven, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, water dispenser, dinnerware for 10 people, cutlery, knives, pots and pans, and glasses.

An iron, ironing board, and washing machine are stored in the storage room under the stairs.

Villa Gök Kızıltaş is thoroughly cleaned before each guest’s arrival, and clean linens, sheets, and towels are provided. This pre-arrival cleaning is included in the price. An additional fee applies for extra cleaning services.

The spacious terrace area includes a garden, pool area, and outdoor shower. You can enjoy meals by the pool thanks to the barbecue located in this area. Villa Gök Kızıltaş provides opportunities for enjoyable moments throughout the day with every detail.

1st Bedroom: Located on the first floor, this bedroom has one double bed, a jacuzzi, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin.

2nd Bedroom: Located on the first floor, this bedroom has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin.

3rd Bedroom: Located on the second floor, this bedroom has one double bed, a jacuzzi, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin.

4th Bedroom: Located on the second floor, this bedroom has one double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin.

5. Bedroom: This bedroom on the rooftop terrace has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin.

Pool Dimensions:

10 meters x 5 meters wide, 1.70 meters deep.

NOTE: A short-stay fee of 7,500 TL is charged for stays shorter than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Gök Kızıltaş is 10,000 TL. This amount will be allocated to you before your arrival and will be returned to you upon your departure. According to the deposit refund conditions, there must be no broken, damaged, or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will be obliged to deduct the cost of any damage, breakage, or loss from your deposit. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros at the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Each villa has a check-in time of 4 PM and a check-out time of 10 AM for new guests. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our private cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our next guests. Villas are ready for new guests at 4 PM.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation services are not available. Guests who wish to arrange paid transfers or rent a car can request assistance from our sales consultants. For guests who prefer air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants will provide location information and directions for guests arriving by private vehicle.
