Villa Giray Lapaz, Located in Kalkan Giray Lapaz Region, away from the crowd and noise of the city life, our villa has 2 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity for 4 people. There is a pool, sun loungers, sitting corner, barbecue area and dining table in the nature view garden of our villa, which is sheltered by fences. In addition, there is a heated indoor pool in the villa. In this way, our villa can also be preferred in the spring months. Villa Giray Lapaz is a special choice for conservative families who want to spend a secluded and secluded holiday. Two of the tastefully furnished bedrooms of our villa have a jacuzzi where you can relax.

Kitchen: In the American kitchen where you can prepare meals with pleasure, there is a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The living room, where you can have a pleasant time with your loved ones, has a comfortable seating group, TV, DVD player, satellite receiver, and air conditioning. There is a transition from the living room to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: There is a double bed, balcony, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2. Bedroom: There are two single beds, a balcony, a wardrobe, a nightstand, air conditioning, a bathroom and a toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 8.5 meters X 3.5 meters wide, 1.55 meters deep.

Indoor Pool Dimensions: It is 3.5 meters X 2 meters wide and 1.15 meters deep.

Note: A short stay fee of 2.500 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

If requested, a pool heating fee of 1000 TL per day is requested.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Giray Lapaz is 2.500 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each of our villas, new guests check-in time is 16.00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
