Villa Genova Duo is a 2-bedroom, 4-person accommodation capacity, spacious garden rental holiday villa with stone and wooden architecture in nature, located in Kalkan Ulugöl Region. The interior of Villa Genova Duo, which is decorated in harmony with stone and wood, also has a spacious and fun garden. You can enjoy the pool in the company of the Nature View, or you can enjoy your coffee in the spacious and magnificent garden. There is a TV in 2 bedrooms of our villa and all details have been considered. In the garden, there is a playground, swing and table football for children. It is an ideal option for nuclear families and honeymooners.

Kitchen: In the American kitchen section, there is an electric oven, an electric kettle, a dishwasher, a stovetop, a microwave oven, a large refrigerator and a washing machine.

Living Room : The modern and comfortable living room has a dining table for 4 people, a seating group and an LCD TV.

Note:A short stay fee of 3.000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Maintenance: The maintenance of the pool and garden in our villa is done once a day, in the morning or in the evening, by the officers who take care of the villa.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Genova Duo is 4,000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time is determined as 16:00 in the afternoon and 10:00 in the morning in each of our villas. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
