Villa Gelincik is a one-bedroom, honeymoon-themed rental villa with a private, secluded pool, located in the tranquil Akbel area of ​​Kalkan. This special villa, boasting magnificent sea views, is the perfect choice for couples seeking a peaceful and romantic holiday surrounded by nature.

From the jacuzzi in the bedroom, you can admire the unique blue of the Mediterranean, and enjoy swimming freely and away from prying eyes in the secluded pool. Its proximity to the center of Kalkan offers both tranquility and easy access to transportation.

Living Room: The villa’s comfortable living room includes a seating area, TV, satellite receiver, shared toilet, and Wi-Fi internet access. There is also access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: The modern and functional American-style kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, four-burner hob, oven, toaster, kettle, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans, and glasses.

Bedroom: The bedroom has one double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, dressing table, and bedside table. There is a private jacuzzi, bathroom, and toilet.

Pool Dimensions:

9.5 meters x 3 meters wide, 1.55 meters deep.

NOTE: A short-stay fee of 3,000 TL is charged for stays shorter than 7 nights.

• For all honeymoon couples, breakfast will be provided free of charge every day at the on-site restaurant between May 1st and October 15th, 2026. This does not apply to additional guests.

• Pet fee is 3,000 TL. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Gelincik is 7,000 TL. This amount will be allocated to you before your arrival and will be returned to you upon your departure. According to the deposit refund conditions, there must be no broken, damaged, or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will be obliged to deduct the cost of any damage, breakage, or loss from your deposit. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros at the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-out Information: For each villa, the check-in time for new guests is 4 PM and the check-out time is 10 AM. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our private cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are ready for new guests at 4 PM.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation services are not available. Guests who wish to arrange paid transfers or car rentals can request assistance from our sales consultants. For guests preferring air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants provide location information and directions for guests arriving by private vehicle.
