Villa Garden is a 2 bedroom sheltered villa located in Kalkan Yeşilköy Region. Located in nature, Villa Garden offers the opportunity to spend pleasant time on the large pool terrace and garden terrace. The Villa Garden has a sauna, sports equipment, indoor and heated swimming pool. It has a jacuzzi in one bedroom.

Heated Indoor Pool Dimensions: 4 meters x 2.5 meters wide, 1.20 meters deep.

Note: A short stay fee of 2.000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Except for 15 October - 15 May , pool heating fee is 1.000 TL per day.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for Villa Garden is 3.000 TL. Damage deposit is collected prior to your entrance to the villa and will be refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, the villa should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, new guest check-in time is set at 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team prepares the villas for our other guests with care. Villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can request support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicles.
