Villa Gaia Sarıbelen is a detached, single-storey holiday villa located in the peaceful Sarıbelen region of Kalkan, surrounded by nature and away from the busy city life. With 2 bedrooms and accommodation for up to 4 guests, it is ideal for small families and honeymoon couples.

The villa features a secluded garden enclosed by fences, including a private swimming pool, sun loungers, a seating area, a dining table, and a barbecue area, providing a perfect space for relaxation.

One of the bedrooms also includes a jacuzzi, adding extra comfort to your stay. Villa Gaia Sarıbelen offers a peaceful and comfortable holiday experience in nature.

Kitchen: Full-equipped modern American kitchen includes refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, electric kettle, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans and glasses.

Living Room: The living room with a view, designed for your comfort, has a seating group, TV, air conditioner, coffee table, DVD player.

1. Bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, jacuzzi, bath and toilet .

2. Bedroom: There are two single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: It is 10 meters X 5 meters wide and 1.50 meters deep.

Note : A short stay fee of 4.000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Gaia Sarıbelen is 4.000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time in each of our villas is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
