Villa Frankfurt

Villa Frankfurt is a villa with 3 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 6 people, located in the Kördere area of Kalkan. All the furniture inside has been carefully selected as modern and comfortable. Villa Frankfurt has a Sauna inside. Our villa, which has a stone and wooden architecture, is a very suitable choice for large families and groups of friends.

Kitchen : There is a modern kitchen. This modern kitchen has all the equipment you need. In the kitchen, there is a refrigerator, dishwasher, built-in oven, built-in 4-burner stove, electric kettle, toaster, pots, pans, glasses, dinnerware, cutlery, dining table and chairs.

Living Room: It has a modern and spacious living room. There is a stylish and luxurious sofa set in which you can sit comfortably, TV, air conditioning, satellite receiver and internet.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, air conditioner, bedside table, make-up table, wardrobe and bathroom toilet.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, air conditioning, bedside table, make-up table, wardrobe and bathroom toilet.

3. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, air conditioner, bedside table, make-up table, wardrobe and bathroom toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 8 meters X 3.50 meters wide and 1.50 meters deep.

NOTE : A short stay fee of 3.500 TL is charged for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: Deposit fee requested for Villa Frankfurt is 5.000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
