Villa Foresta

Villa Foresta, which has a modern and wooden architecture, is located in the Kalkan Sarıbelen Region, which started to be rented in 2022, and has 2 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 4 people. All details such as gym, Turkish bath, sauna, indoor pool, table tennis, foosball are thought for you, our guests. It has a large jacuzzi on the terrace floor. Villa Foresta, which has a playground in a large garden area, awaits our guests.

Kitchen :  With its wooden architecture and ethnic atmosphere, the modern American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster, kettle, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room : The living room with a high ceiling, stylish and modern design, has a comfortable seating group, TV, DVD player, satellite receiver and air conditioning. There is a transition from the living room to the pool terrace.

Pool Dimensions : It is 10 meters X 4 meters wide and 1.60 meters deep.

Note: For stays under 7 nights, a short stay fee of 3,000 TL is required.

Pool heating fee is 1,500 TL per day.

Deposit Procedure : The deposit fee requested for Villa Foresta is 5.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information : The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
