Villa Firuze is a luxury holiday villa located in the Akbel region of Kalkan, offering impressive panoramic sea and sunset views and accommodating up to 6 people. Its modern architecture and heart-shaped private pool make it an unforgettable experience, especially for honeymoon couples.

The unique harmony of nature and the sea awaits you in the villa’s spacious living areas and large terrace. You won’t want to leave the villa at sunset, thanks to its enchanting atmosphere.

Our villa opens the doors to a peaceful holiday with its romantic view overlooking one of the most beautiful bays of the Mediterranean, its comfortable design, and its private pool area.

Kitchen: The fully equipped modern kitchen is designed to meet all your needs. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, oven, 4-burner hob (built-in), electric kettle, dinnerware for 8 people, pans, pots, and cutlery.

Living Room: The living room is usually the place for enjoyable conversations. Designed to meet your needs in every situation, the living room of our villa opens its doors to the pool and its magnificent view. Thanks to its very comfortable furniture, you will feel the ultimate comfort. Seating group, satellite TV (LCD), wifi, dining table for 8 people, and air conditioning.

1st Bedroom: The room has one double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, jacuzzi, and bathroom. There is access to the pool terrace from this room.

2nd Bedroom: The room has two single beds, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, and bathroom. There is access to the pool terrace from this room.

3rd Bedroom: The room has one double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom, and access to the pool terrace.

Pool Dimensions:

12 meters x 5 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

NOTE:

A short-stay fee of 4,000 TL applies for stays shorter than 7 nights.

• Pet fee is 3,000 TL. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Firuze is 10,000 TL. The damage deposit is collected before your arrival at the villa and refunded upon departure. According to the deposit refund conditions, there should be no damage, loss, or broken items in the villa during your stay. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds, and/or Euros, equivalent to the deposit amount, based on current exchange rates.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The check-in time for new guests in each villa is 4:00 PM and the check-out time is 10:00 AM. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. Villas are ready for our new guests to check in at 4 PM.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation is not available. Guests who wish to arrange paid transfers or rent a car can request assistance from our sales consultants. For guests who prefer air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants will share location information and directions for guests arriving by private vehicle.
