Villa Firuze

Villa Firuze is located in Kalkan-Akbel and has three bedrooms with a capacity of up to five people. The villa is ideal for conservative families and groups. The villa’s clever design protects you from prying eyes on the pool terrace and throughout the outdoor area. Part of the swimming pool is relatively shallow and can be used as a children’s pool for your youngest family members.

On the ground floor you will find a spacious living and kitchen area.

Kitchen: Large, spacious and modern equipped American kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave oven, electric kettle etc..

Bedroom 1 : double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, air conditioning, bathroom. 

Bedroom 2 : 2 single beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers, air conditioning, bathroom.

Bedroom 3 : 1 single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, air-conditioning, bathroom. 

Pool Dimensions: 3.50 meters X meters 1.55 meters depth. shallow pool: 3 Meter X 2.5 Meter depth of 1,20 Meter.

NOTE : A short stay fee of 3.000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

• Pet fee is 2.000 TL. Maximum 1 pet is allowed.

Bail Conditions: A security deposit of TL 8.000 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.

Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 16:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to operate smoothly.

Transportation: The nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
