Villa Firoza 1 is a private holiday villa with a modern and luxurious architecture, located in the uniquely beautiful Ordu area of Kalkan. This 1-bedroom villa can accommodate up to 2 people and promises an experience that makes your vacation unique. The pool is the perfect getaway to cool off and relax. While swimming here, you can enjoy the surrounding nature and sea views and relax in a peaceful atmosphere.

Kitchen : In the modern and aesthetic American kitchen; There are refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, electric kettle, 4-burner stove, dinnerware, pans, pots, cutlery and cutlery.

Living Room :  The living room with a bright and spacious nature view includes a comfortable seating group, TV, DVD player, satellite receiver and air conditioning. There is a transition from the living room to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom : There is a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, jacuzzi, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions : 10 meters X 3.5 meters wide, 1.60 meters deep.

NOTE : A cleaning fee of 1,500 TL is required for rentals under 7 Nights.

Deposit Procedure : Deposit fee requested for Villa Firoza 1 is 2.000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information : The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
