Villa Fi Manor is a private holiday villa with a modern and luxurious architecture, located in the uniquely beautiful Üzümlü area of Kalkan. This two bedroom villa can accommodate up to four people and promises an experience that makes your vacation unique. Kitchen: In the modern and aesthetic American kitchen; There are refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, electric kettle, 4-burner stove, dinnerware, pans, pots, cutlery and cutlery.

Living Room:  The living room with a bright and spacious nature view includes a comfortable seating group, TV, DVD player, satellite receiver and air conditioning. There is a transition from the living room to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: There is a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, jacuzzi, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet.

2. Bedroom: There are two single beds, a nightstand, a wardrobe, a make-up table, air conditioning, a bathroom and a toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 4 meters X 14 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

NOTE: A cleaning fee of 3.000 TL is required for rentals under 7 Nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Fi Manor is 5.000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
