Kitchen : It has a modern American kitchen, this modern kitchen has a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a washing machine, an oven, a 4-burner stove (built-in), electric kettle, cooking utensils, kitchen equipment and dinnerware.

Living Room : There is a luxurious sitting group, satellite TV (LCD), wireless internet and air conditioning in the living room where you can sit comfortably.

1. Bedroom : The room has a double bed, nightstand, air conditioner, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2. Bedroom : There are two single beds, bedside table, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet in the room.

Pool Dimensions : 10 meters X 4 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

Heated Indoor Pool Dimensions : 4 meters X 4 meters wide, 1.30 meters deep.

Note : A short stay fee of 1.500 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

              Pool heating is requested as an extra 1.000 TL.

Deposit Procedure : The deposit fee requested for Villa Fenomen Duo is 2.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information : In each of our villas, new guests check-in time is 16.00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
