Built on top of a two-story high structure, the villa boasts a spacious and secluded garden with a private pool, sun loungers, parasols, a swing, seating area, dining table, and a stylish barbecue setup. Thanks to its fully secluded pool terrace, you can enjoy swimming and sunbathing in complete privacy.

Indoors, Villa Felix offers luxurious amenities such as a heated indoor pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. All rooms are air-conditioned, and a ping pong table is also available for extra entertainment.

Guests can access the villa by parking in the private garage and climbing 35 steps. Villa Felix offers a perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and tranquility for an unforgettable vacation.

Note :A cleaning fee of 6.000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Pool heating is included in the weekly rate in April, May, October, November and December. When heating is requested in other months, a daily heating fee of 2.000 TL is required.

Deposit Procedure: Deposit fee requested for Villa Felix is ​​10.000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in Amerian Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The arrival time of new guests in each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can request support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
