Villa Felix is ​​a villa with a beautiful view, located in the Kördere Region of Kalkan, consisting of 3 bedrooms, suitable for nuclear families, honeymooners and conservative families because the pool is not visible from the outside. It is approximately 4 km from Kalkan city center. Built on a two-storey high building, Villa Felix is ​​very spacious and airy due to its height. On the pool terrace of the villa, an elegant stone-made barbecue, sun loungers, parasols, garden seating, etc. is found. The terrace of our villa is quite large, there is an indoor heated pool and sauna. No one will see you from the outside while you are swimming and sunbathing in the pool. The backyard of the villa has a swing and a small garden. All 3 bedrooms are suites and are air conditioned. The living room is American style, with an open kitchen. There is a tennis table on the ground floor of the villa. After parking your car in the garage of the villa building, you will reach our villa via 35 steps.

Kitchen: Modern American kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, built-in oven, microwave oven, built-in four-cooker, electric kettle (kettle), dinnerware for four, pans, pots, cutlery, etc.

Note :A cleaning fee of 3.500 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Pool heating is included in the weekly rate in April, May, October, November and December. When heating is requested in other months, a daily heating fee of 600 TL is required.

Deposit Procedure: Deposit fee requested for Villa Felix is ​​2.500 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in Amerian Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The arrival time of new guests in each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can request support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
