Villa Feliks, our villa located in Kalkan Islamlar region, surrounded by nature and with sea view, has a 1-bedroom accommodation capacity for 2 people. It is ideal for honeymoon couples as it is sheltered. Villa Feliks has a pool in its garden, a dining table where you can enjoy your meal with the view, and a seating group. Our villa with a modern design has an indoor swimming pool.

Living Room: There is a TV, coffee table, fireplace, air conditioning in the modern and spacious living room. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: There is a refrigerator, oven, stove, kettle, toaster, water dispenser, cooking utensils and equipment in the fully equipped American kitchen.

Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, dressing table, nightstand, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: The pool in this villa is 10 meters x 5 meters wide and 1.55 meters deep.

Note: A short stay fee of 2,000 TL is requested for accommodations under 7 nights.

The daily pool heating fee is 1,500 TL.

Deposit Procedure: Our deposit fee requested for Villa Feliks is 5,000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your check-in and will be allocated back to you when you check out. According to the refund conditions of your deposit, there should be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, the check-in time for new guests is determined as 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered to our new guests ready at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a car or a paid transfer can ask for support from our sales consultants. The closest airport for our guests who prefer air transportation is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
