Villa Fantastic

Villa Fantastic is a 3 bedroom rental villa located in Üzümlü Village of Kalkan. It is located in nature and has a heated indoor pool. It is designed with modern and comfortable items. It has a large and spacious terrace and creates a visual feast with the nature view that integrates with the infinity pool. The indoor swimming pool area includes a bedroom, sauna, table tennis and jacuzzi.

Kitchen: The spacious and bright American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-burner (built-in), microwave oven, electric kettle, cooking utensils, kitchen equipment and a 6-person dinner set.

Living Room: The living room, which has a view of the pool and nature, has a seating group, a 6-person dining table, satellite TV (LCD), wireless internet and air conditioning. There is a large glass sliding door that can be accessed from the living room to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: There is a double bed, bedside table, air conditioner, wardrobe, jacuzzi, indoor swimming pool, sauna, bathroom and toilet.

2. Bedroom: There is a double bed, bedside table, air conditioner, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet.

3. Bedroom: There are two single beds, a nightstand, air conditioning, a wardrobe, a bathroom and a toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 8.30 meters X 3.50 meters, 1.60 in depth.

Children's Pool Dimensions: 2 meters X 1.7 meters, 60 meters deep.

Indoor Pool Dimensions: 4 Meters X 2.70 Meters, 1.30 Meters deep.

Note:  A short stay fee of 4.000 TL is required for accommodation under 7 Nights.

           Indoor pool heating is paid and 2,000 TL per day is required.

           If there is more than +1 person, an extra pull-out bed is provided and 750 TL per day is required.

Deposit Procedure: Deposit fee requested for Villa Fantastic is 3.000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Entry and Exit Information: New guest check-in time is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time is 10.00 in the morning in each of our villas. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
