Villa Familya

Villa Familya is located in Kalkan Kördere Region, decorated with wood, part of the exterior is designed with stone, and has a pool terrace and a small garden. At the same time, it offers a pleasant holiday opportunity for our honeymoon couples and nuclear families, accompanied by the unique city view in the evening.

Kitchen: In the American kitchen section, it offers electric oven, electric kettle, dishwasher, stovetop, microwave oven, large refrigerator and washing machine.

Living Room: The living room, designed to be modern and comfortable, has a dining table for 4 people, a sofa set and an LCD TV.

1st Bedroom: 1 Double Bed, Air Condition, Wardrobe, Dresser, Make-up Table, Jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2st Bedroom: 1 Double Bed, Air Condition, Wardrobe, Dresser, Make-up Table, Jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: Width - 7 m | Length - 5 m | Depth - 1.50 cm

Garden: Sun loungers, dining table, swing, private swimming pool, shower.

NOTE :A short stay fee of 4.000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Maintenance: Pool and garden maintenance in our villa is carried out once a day in the morning or evening by the staff who look at the villa.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for Villa Family is 8000 TL. Damage deposit is collected prior to your entrance to the villa and will be refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, the villa should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, new guest check-in time is set at 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team prepares the villas for our other guests with care. Villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can request support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicles.
