The villa’s large pool terrace is equipped with a large swimming pool with a children’s pool. In addition, there is a dining table, sun loungers and seating groups in its large garden, offering guests the opportunity to relax and have fun outdoors.

The living room has a comfortable seating group, receiver, LCD TV, DVD player, music system and modem for internet. There is an exit from the living room to the poolside. There is also a bathroom and a laundry room. The living room is on the pool floor.

Kitchen: Villa Falcon Exclusive has a modern American kitchen. The American kitchen has a microwave oven, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, built-in 4-burner stove, dinner set for 14 people, spoon and fork set, pot and pan set, glasses. The kitchen is on the pool floor.

Note: Although there is a children’s pool, it is important for children to be supervised by adults at all times. There are 15 steps at the entrance of the villa, so individuals with physical difficulties should be careful. All rooms of the villa are air-conditioned.

Deposit Procedure: Our requested deposit fee for Villa Falcon Exclusive is 5000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you leave. According to the refund conditions of your deposit, there should be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, the check-in time for new guests is determined as 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered to our new guests ready at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a car or have a paid transfer can ask for support from our sales consultants. The closest airport for our guests who prefer air transportation is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
