Our Villa Eva in Kalkan-Kiziltas is ideal for large families and groups of friends. The accommodation has 5 spacious bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people. From all rooms you have a fantastic view of the bay of Kalkan and the offshore islands.

Spacious living area with sofa set, air conditioning, dining area, satellite receiver, TV and internet.

Fully equipped open kitchen with refrigerator, washing machine, oven, microwave etc..

Bedroom 3: double bed, air conditioning, dressing table, bedside table, locker, bathroom.

Bedroom 4: double bed, air conditioning, dressing table, nightstand, locker, bathroom.

Bedroom 5: 2 single beds, air conditioning, kettle, dressing table, closet, bathroom.

Pool and garden:
On the pool terrace there is a swimming pool, parasol, sun beds, BBQ and seating area.

Length 9 meters x width 4 meters, The depth is 1.60 cm.

Note : A short stay fee of 5.000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Bail Conditions: A security deposit of TL 5.000 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.

Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 16:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to operate smoothly.

Transportation: The nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
