Note: Pool heating can be turned on upon request. An additional fee of 1.500 TL per day is required.

A short stay fee of 4.500 TL is required for rentals of less than 7 nights.

Bail Conditions: A security deposit of TL 10.000 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.

Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 16:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to operate smoothly.
