Villa Euterpe is a luxurious 3-bedroom villa with a capacity of 6 people, located in the Kızıltaş area of ​​Kalkan and completed in 2024. This villa with sea and mountain views combines modern comfort with traditional Mediterranean architecture, offering its guests a unique experience.

The villa was designed with inspiration from Euterpe, the muse of Greek mythology. The interiors feature artistic details such as musical notes and instruments. These touches give the villa a unique character.

For larger groups, Villa Erato, Villa Thalia and Villa Calliope, located in the same complex, offer accommodation for up to 32 people in total.

There is a cinema room and sauna for guests who want to relax and have fun.

Kitchen: The modern kitchen has a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans, and glasses.

Living Room: There is a seating group, TV, air conditioning, coffee table in the modern living room. There is access to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, air conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, air conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, bathtub, bathroom and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, air conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 12 Meters X 3 Meters, 1.50 Meters deep.

A short stay fee of 7,500 TL is requested for rentals under 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: Our requested deposit amount for Villa Euterpe is 25,000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your check-in and will be re-allocated to you when you check-out. According to the refund conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of any damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, the new guest check-in time is determined as 16:00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a paid transfer or a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air travel, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
