Villa Etoo

Villa Etoo is a 3-bedroom villa for rent in the nature of Yeşilköy, Kalkan, with a capacity of 6 people. The interior of our villa is designed in a modern and comfortable way for you. There is a swimming pool, sitting group, swing and barbecue area on the pool terrace, there are 2 double beds and 2 single beds, and Villa Etoo, which is 300 meters from the market and 1 km from the restaurants, provides a pleasant and ideal holiday opportunity for your family or friend groups to relieve your tiredness of the whole year. With Villa Maranga, the twin building of Villa Etoo, large families can rent together when the schedule is available.

Kitchen: The American kitchen, which will not look like the kitchen of your home, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The modern and luxuriously designed living room includes a comfortable seating group, TV, DVD player, air conditioning and internet. There is a transition from the living room to the pool terrace.

NOTE : A short stay fee of 2,500 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Etoo is 4.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each of our villas, new guests check-in time is 16.00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
