Villa Etiler

Located in the Akbel region of Kalkan, a popular holiday resort in Antalya, Villa Etiler offers a peaceful holiday for nuclear families and small groups of friends with its two bedrooms and capacity for four people.

Thanks to its elevated position, our villa boasts panoramic sea views. Its private, sheltered pool provides complete privacy, especially for conservative guests. The jacuzzi in the bedroom overlooking the view adds extra comfort to your holiday.

The villa, which stands out with its modern and tasteful decor, is located just 3 km from the center and beaches, and offers easy access to restaurants and markets. The garden includes sun loungers, a dining table, a seating area, and a barbecue.

Kitchen: The fully designed American-style kitchen, featuring modern white cabinets, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, hob, oven, kettle, toaster, Turkish coffee maker, a dining table for 6 people, dinnerware, cutlery, tea and water glasses, and cooking utensils. You can prepare meals for your loved ones with pleasure in our villa’s kitchen.

Living Room: A luxurious seating area with a sea view, TV, coffee table, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, dining table, toilet, and sink. There is access to the pool terrace from the living room.

1st Bedroom: Double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, jacuzzi, bathroom, and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: Double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom, and toilet.

Pool Dimensions:

7 meters x 4 meters wide, 1.55 meters deep.

NOTE: A short-stay fee of 3,500 TL applies for stays shorter than 7 nights.

Pet fee is 3,000 TL. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Etiler is 7,000 TL. This amount will be allocated to you before your arrival and will be returned to you upon your departure. According to the deposit refund conditions, there must be no broken, damaged, or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will be obliged to deduct the cost of any damage, breakage, or loss from your deposit. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros at the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Our guest check-in time for the villas is 16:00. Our guest check-out time from the villas is 10:00. We kindly ask you to plan accordingly. Our villas are thoroughly cleaned before being handed over to our next guests.

Transportation: Due to their location, our villas are far from the city center and surrounded by nature. Unfortunately, public transportation is not available to our location. Our sales consultants are ready to assist guests who wish to arrange paid transfers or rent a car. For guests who prefer air travel, the nearest airport to our location is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our consultants will share location information for guests arriving by private vehicle.
