Built in 2016, Villa Esma is furnished with high-quality, modern décor. The colorful garden features a private pool, sun loungers, foosball table, outdoor seating area, dining table, BBQ, and a privacy curtain system. You can open or close the curtain at your convenience for more seclusion.

On the upper floor, a jacuzzi with stunning nature and partial sea views offers a tranquil space to relax. Villa Esma is the perfect choice for those who want both comfort and proximity to Kalkan’s attractions.

Note: For stays of less than 7 nights, a short stay fee of 7.000 TL is required.

Deposit Procedure: A damage deposit of TL 7.500 is required prior to arrival at the villa. This damage deposit will be refunded to you upon departure. The purpose of receiving the damage deposit is to provide pre-assurance on behalf of the villa against any damage, broken-down, loss and loss. Your payment, instead of 7.500 TL; It is possible to pay US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros equivalent to this amount based on current exchange rates.

Check-in and Check-out: New villas can check-in at 16:00 as of noon. If you are going to depart, you should check out at 10:00 in the morning. The reason for this clock application is that our private cleaning team is entering the villa with the arrival of our current guest. From the exit at 10:00 to the new entrance at 16:00, our villa is completely cleaned for our new guest.

Transportation: Since our villas are completely detached villas, public transportation service is not available. The nearest airport for our guests coming by air is Muğla Dalaman Airport, please take this into consideration when buying your tickets. Our guests who request paid services for paid transfer or car rental can request support from our sales consultants. For our guests who will arrive by land and their own vehicles, we can send you location and directions if requested.
