Villa Esen

Villa Esen is a 5-bedroom rental villa with a capacity of 10 people, located in the Kisla District of Kas Kalkan. It is intertwined with nature and has a sea view. With its location 3 km away from Kalkan center, it provides you a peaceful holiday opportunity. It is only 800 m walking distance from Kisla Beach in its area. It is also ideal for your children with its wide garden.

Kitchen: In the American kitchen section, there is an electric oven, an electric kettle, a dishwasher, a stovetop, a microwave oven, a large refrigerator and a washing machine.

Living Room : The living room, designed as an American kitchen, has a modern designed dining table for 12 people, a seating group and an LCD TV.

1st Bedroom:  1 Double Bed, Air Conditioning, Wardrobe, Bedside Table, Make-up Table, Bathroom and Toilet are shared use.

2. Bedroom: 1 Double Bed, Air Conditioning, Wardrobe, Bedside Table, Make-up Table, Jacuzzi, Bathroom and Toilet are shared.

3. Bedroom: 2 Single Beds, Air Conditioning, Wardrobe, Bedside Table, Make-up Table, Bathroom and Toilet.

4. Bedroom: 1 Double Bed, Air Conditioning, Wardrobe, Bedside Table, Make-up Table, Bathroom and Toilet.

5. Bedroom: 1 Double Bed, Air Conditioning, Wardrobe, Bedside Table, Make-up Table, Bathroom and Toilet.

Pool Dimensions : Width - 4 m | Length - 7.40 cm | Depth - 1.50 cm - 1.90 cm

Garden: There are sun loungers, dining table and chairs, garden sofa set, barbecue, parasols, pergola, shower, private swimming pool.

NOTE: For stays of less than 7 nights, a short stay fee of 2.000 TL is requested.

Maintenance :  The owner of the villa takes care of the daily pool maintenance, garden maintenance and garbage of our villa.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Esen is 2.000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time in each of our villas is determined as 16:00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
