Villa Escobar

Villa Escobar is a 3-bedroom rental villa with a capacity of 6 people, located in the nature of Kalkan Ulugöl Region. The interior of our villa has been designed in a modern and comfortable way, there are 2 double beds and 2 single beds in the bedrooms. Also, 2 single beds can be combined upon request and there is a jacuzzi in the 1st bedroom. As Villa Escobar's activities, you can spend fun moments with a private swimming pool with sea view, heated indoor pool, Jacuzzi, Turkish bath, Sauna, Air Hockey, table tennis, swing, mini children's playground, garden sitting group, barbecue area and children's pool. It also provides an ideal holiday opportunity for your family or groups of friends with its pool terrace and garden shelter.

NOTE: The last 700 m of the road leading to the villa is a steep and slightly stabilized road.

Kitchen: The fully equipped and modern American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave oven, kettle, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room:  The bright and spacious living room has a comfortable seating group, TV, DVD player, satellite receiver, air conditioning and internet. There is a transition from the living room to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: There is a double bed, a nightstand, a wardrobe, a make-up table, air conditioning, a jacuzzi, a bathroom and a toilet in the room.

2. Bedroom: There is a double bed, nightstand, air conditioner, wardrobe, make-up table, bathroom and toilet in the room.

3. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet in the room.

Pool Dimensions: 13.2 meters X 3.9 meters wide, 1.60 meters deep.

Indoor Pool Dimensions: 4.8 meters X 2.45 meters wide, 1.60 meters deep.

Note: A short stay fee of 3.500 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Note: There is a generator in our villa.

Pool heating fee is 5,000 TL per week. ( Requested between 20 April and 30 October. )

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Escobar is 3.500 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
