Villa Erel is a family-friendly holiday home located in the heart of Kalkan, offering 3 bedrooms and accommodation for up to 6 guests. Perfect for large families or groups of friends, the villa is within walking distance to beaches, restaurants, and shopping areas, providing ultimate convenience.

The villa features a well-designed pool terrace with a children’s pool, sun loungers, a dining table, and a seating area — making it ideal for both relaxation and fun.

Despite its central location, Villa Erel maintains a peaceful ambiance and promises a comfortable and memorable holiday experience for all guests.

Kitchen: The American kitchen, which will be just like your home kitchen, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The living room with a modern and luxurious design includes a comfortable seating area, TV, air conditioning and internet. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, bedside table, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, nightstand, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: 2 single beds, nightstand, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 8 meters x 4 meters, 1.50 meters deep.

Note: A short stay fee of 3,000 TL is requested for stays under 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: Our requested deposit fee for Villa Erel is 4,000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your check-in and will be allocated back to you when you check out. According to the refund conditions of your deposit, there should be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guest check-in time is 16:00 in the afternoon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning for each villa. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a car or a paid transfer can ask for support from our sales consultants. The closest airport for our guests who prefer air transportation is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
