Villa Erato is a luxurious villa with 5 bedrooms and a capacity of 10 people, located in the Kızıltaş area of ​​Kalkan and completed in 2024. This villa with sea and mountain views offers its guests a unique experience by combining modern comfort with traditional Mediterranean architecture.

The villa was designed with inspiration from Erato, the muse of lyric poetry, love poems and choral poetry in Greek mythology. The interiors feature artistic details such as musical notes and instruments. These touches give the villa a unique character.

For larger groups, Villa Euterpe, Villa Thalia and Villa Calliope, located in the same complex, offer accommodation for up to 32 people in total.

There is a cinema room and sauna for guests who want to relax and have fun.

Kitchen: The modern kitchen has a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans, and glasses.

Living Room: There is a seating group, TV, air conditioning, coffee table in the modern living room. There is access to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, air conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom and toilet. Sea View.

2nd Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, air conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, bathtub, bathroom and toilet. Sea View.

3rd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, air conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom and toilet. Sea View.

A short stay fee of 15.000 TL is requested for rentals under 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: Our deposit fee requested for Villa Erato is 43.750 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your check-in and will be allocated back to you when you check out. According to the refund conditions of your deposit, there should be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of the damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, the new guest check-in time is 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered to our new guests ready at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a car or a paid transfer can ask for support from our sales consultants. The closest airport for our guests who prefer air travel is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
