Villa Elysium is a conservative villa located in the Çavdır region of Kalkan, offering accommodation for 5 people, where you can find comfort and entertainment together. The villa stands out from its peers with its unique facilities and large pool. The villa has equipment for various activities such as an indoor and heated pool, 2 jacuzzis, billiards, table football, table tennis and a children’s playground. These features allow guests of all ages to have a pleasant time. The villa’s large pool offers a perfect area for both fun and relaxation with family or friends. Kitchen: The American kitchen, which will be like the kitchen of your home, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The living room has a modern and luxurious design and includes a comfortable seating area, TV, DVD player, air conditioning and internet. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1: There is one double bed, air conditioning, jacuzzi, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 2: There is one double bed, one single bed, air conditioning, jacuzzi, wardrobe, nightstand, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 17 meters x 4 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

Large Pool Dimensions: 4.5 meters x 3 meters wide, 1.10 meters deep.

NOTE: A short stay fee of 2,500 TL is requested for accommodations under 7 nights.

Heating service can be provided between November 1 - May 1 and is not included in the price. Daily pool heating fee is 1000 TL.

Deposit Procedure: Our requested deposit fee for Villa Elysium is 3,000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your check-in and will be re-allocated to you when you check-out. According to the refund conditions of your deposit, there should be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of any damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guest check-in time for each villa is determined as 16:00 in the afternoon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a paid transfer or a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air travel, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who use private vehicles.
