Villa Elvin

Villa Elvin is a beautifully designed built loft-style villa, located in the Kördere area of Kalkan. The villa has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 5 guests.

Its private and spacious garden features a pool, sun loungers, a cozy seating area, dining table, and BBQ. Inside the villa, there is also a jacuzzi for added comfort. With its fresh air, natural surroundings, and peaceful setting, Villa Elvin is an ideal choice for conservative families or guests seeking a quiet and relaxing holiday.

Kitchen :  In the American kitchen where you can prepare meals with pleasure, there is a refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room :    There is a comfortable seating group, TV, DVD player, air conditioning and internet in the loft design living room dominated by wood and stone architecture. There is a transition from the living room to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom : There is 1 double bed, bedside table, air conditioner, wardrobe, make-up table, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2. Bedroom : There is 1 double bed, 1 single bed, bedside table, air conditioner, wardrobe, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions : 9 meters X 3.5 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

NOTE : A short stay fee of 5.000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure : Our deposit fee requested for Villa Elvin is 8.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information : In each of our villas, new guests check-in time is 16.00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
