Villa Elsara is a 2-bedroom rental villa with a capacity of 4 people, located in nature, in the most preferred holiday location in Kalkan Üzümlü Region. Villa Elsara, which has a private garden and sheltered structure and a nature view, is an ideal option for a peaceful and enjoyable holiday. In addition to a fully sheltered detached swimming pool in the front garden of the villa, there is a shallow pool with sun loungers and a children’s pool. A beautiful panoramic view awaits you from the sheltered pool. There is a grass area and children’s playground at the main entrance of the villa. Our villa is located in Kalkan Üzümlü location, 10 km above the sea. One of the most important features of the Üzümlü region is that the hot evenings of summer are cooler than the center of Kalkan. Thanks to the high location of the area, you can enjoy the fresh air and unique nature view, and listen to the chirping of birds and the unique sound of nature. A wonderful holiday awaits you, away from the noise and crowds of the city. There are a total of 2 bedrooms in our house, which is equipped with extremely tasteful and high-quality furniture. There is a large jacuzzi and TV in the master bedroom of our villa, which has a capacity of 4 people. With the LED system in changing colors, the colors in the illumination of both the pool and the house provide a very beautiful environment. This special house, with satisfaction guaranteed, is a very suitable option for honeymoon guests and conservative families. There is a fenced children’s playground right next to the villa, so it is a very suitable option especially for families with children. Our villa also has a treadmill and table football.

Kitchen: The American kitchen, which will resemble the kitchen of your home, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The living room has a modern and luxurious design and includes a comfortable seating area, TV, DVD player, air conditioning and internet. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 8 meters x 3.75 meters wide, 1.45 meters deep.

Children’s Pool Dimensions: 1.25 meters x 2 meters wide, 0.37 meters deep.

NOTE: For stays under 7 nights, a short stay fee of 2.000 TL is requested.

Deposit Procedure: Our required deposit fee for Villa Elsara is 3,000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: In each of our villas, the check-in time for new guests is 16.00 at noon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service is not available. Our guests who want to rent a paid transfer or car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air travel, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
