Living Room : There is a modern sitting set, TV, DVD, internet, air conditioning, coffee table in the living room. There is an exit from our living room to the pool terrace.

Kitchen : The kitchen of Villa Elite has a refrigerator, island kitchen table, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle, coffee machine, microwave oven, toaster and 12-person kitchen tools and equipment.

1st Bedroom : Master bedroom for two persons, air conditioning, wardrobe, make-up table, nightstand, jacuzzi, balcony, bathroom and washbasin.

2nd Bedroom : Double bedroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, jacuzzi, make-up table, nightstand, balcony, bathroom and washbasin.

3rd Bedroom : There are 2 bedrooms for young people, air conditioning, wardrobe, make-up table, nightstand, bathroom and washbasin.

Note : For rentals under 7 nights, a short stay fee of 4.000 TL is required.

Deposit Procedure : The deposit required for Villa Elite is 20.000 TL. Damage deposit is taken prior to your entrance to the villa and will be refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, lost or broken items in the villa during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information : In each villa, new guest check-in time is set at 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team prepares the villas for our other guests with care. Villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can request support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicles.
