Villa Elit 2, located in Kalkan Akbel Region with a magnificent sea view, has 5 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 10 people. Our villa is an ideal villa for large families and groups of friends. In the garden of our villa with a magnificent view, there is an infinity pool, sun loungers, a dining table and a barbecue area. All details have been considered so that you can have a fun and enjoyable time with your loved ones. In Villa Elit 2, large glazing and large windows were used to maximize the perfection of the view and to see the magnificent rays of the sun in all rooms.

Kitchen: The bright and spacious American kitchen with sea view includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, dining table for 10 people, dinnerware, cutlery and cooking utensils.

Living room: There is a dining table and chairs, LCD TV, satellite receiver, sound system, DVD player, seating area, iron and ironing board, wireless modem, vacuum cleaner, sink and toilet. There is an exit from the living room to the poolside. The living room, where you can spend pleasant times with your loved ones accompanied by a breathtakingly beautiful view, includes a comfortable seating group, TV, TV unit, satellite receiver, internet and air conditioning. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, bedside table, make-up table, wardrobe, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, bedside table, make-up table, wardrobe, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

Note: For stays under 7 nights, a short stay fee of 9.000 TL is requested.

Deposit Procedure: Our required deposit fee for Villa Elit 2 is 20.000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: In each of our villas, the check-in time for new guests is 16.00 at noon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service is not available. Our guests who want to rent a paid transfer or car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air travel, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
