Kitchen: Our villa, which has a wooden architecture and a complete design, has an American kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, microwave oven, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster, dining table and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The bright and spacious wooden living room with windows that extend down to the floor has a comfortable seating group, TV, DVD player, satellite receiver and air conditioning. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

NOTE: For rentals under 7 nights, a cleaning fee of 5,000 TL is requested.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit requested for Villa Elit Akbel is 7,000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before your entry to the villa and is returned when you leave the villa. According to the refund conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, missing or broken items in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on the current exchange rates, which will be equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, the new guest check-in time is determined as 16:00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important for you to leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a paid transfer or a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air travel, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
