This exclusive one-bedroom villa, equipped with modern touches, is designed for honeymooners and accommodates only two guests. It’s a perfect choice for guests seeking both privacy and romance.

Villa Elif is nestled in the natural beauty of Üzümlü, amidst the cool, fresh air of Üzümlü. Relax on its spacious terrace or in the grassy garden, sipping your morning coffee to the sound of birdsong. Cooler than the city center on summer evenings, this area is perfect for those seeking fresh air and tranquility.

Kitchen: The American kitchen of our villa includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave oven, kettle, dining table and cooking utensils.

Living Room :  The living room is decorated with modern furniture and includes a comfortable seating group, TV, DVD player, satellite receiver and air conditioning. There is a transition from the living room to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, jacuzzi, bath and toilet .

Pool Dimensions: 10 meters X 3.5 meters wide, 1.55 meters deep.

Note : 1.800 TL short stay fee is required for accommodation of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Elif Üzümlü is 2.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each of our villas, new guests check-in time is 16.00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
