Villa Ela Kızıltaş, Our villa offering a peaceful holiday with sea view; It is located in Kalkan Kiziltas region. With a unique view of Kalkan and the islands, the villa has 3 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 6 people. Ideal for those who are looking for a different concept with a different style with its design and decor, our villa awaits you for a peaceful holiday experience with your family and loved ones accompanied by a sea view.

Kitchen : Fridge, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, 4-burner stove, oven, toaster, electric kettle (kettle), dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans in the large and bright modern American kitchen and glasses.

Living Room : The living room with an infinity pool view has air conditioning, satellite receiver, TV, DVD Player, sitting group, iron and ironing board, sink. There is an exit from the living room to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom : There is 1 double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, make-up table, bedside table, bathroom and toilet in the room.

2. Bedroom : There is 1 double bed, air conditioner, wardrobe, make-up table, bedside table, bathroom and toilet in the room.

3. Bedroom : There are 2 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside table, bathroom and toilet in the room.

Note :  A short stay fee of 6,000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure : The deposit fee requested for Villa Ela Kiziltas is 10.000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information : The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
