Villa Efnan is a luxury villa for rent located in Kalkan Kördere Region, with 3 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 6 people.It is a luxury villa with a sea view as well as a nature view. It is one of our villas with an indoor pool and sauna.Our villa with a sheltered pool terrace is specially designed for family groups and honeymoon couples. Our villa has a Turkish bath, sauna and jacuzzi.

Kitchen: The modern American kitchen section offers an electric oven, electric kettle, dishwasher, stovetop, microwave oven, large refrigerator and washing machine.

Living Room: Designed as modern and comfortable, the living room has a dining table for 4 people, a seating group and an LCD TV.

1st Bedroom: There is 1 Double Bed, Air Conditioning, Wardrobe, Jacuzzi, Bedside Table, Make-up Table, bathroom and toilet.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 Single Beds, Air Conditioning, Wardrobe, Bedside Table, Make-up Table, bathroom and toilet.

3. Bedroom: There is 1 Double Bed, Air Conditioning, Wardrobe, Jacuzzi, Bedside Table, Make-up Table, bathroom and toilet.

Indoor Pool : Width - 2.5 | Length - 4 m | Depth – 1.20 cm

NOTE: The last 200 meters of the road to our villa is a steep hill.

NOTE: Indoor Pool Heating Fee is 1,000 TL per day.

NOTE: For stays under 7 nights, a short stay fee of 3,000 TL is required.

Maintenance: Pool and garden maintenance in our villa is carried out once a day, in the morning or in the evening, by the staff looking after the villa.

Deposit Procedure: Our required deposit fee for Villa Efnan is 4,000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: In each of our villas, the check-in time for new guests is 16.00 at noon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service is not available. Our guests who want to rent a paid transfer or car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
