Every detail you may need during your holiday has been considered in the villa, so you can have a comfortable and enjoyable accommodation experience. In addition, there is a generator in case of possible power cuts, so you can enjoy an uninterrupted holiday.

Kitchen: All the facilities offered by modern technology are available in this kitchen. In this American-style kitchen, you can easily access many kitchen equipment such as an oven, stove, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, dining table, cutlery. In this way, you can cook your meals in the comfort of your home and eat your family meals comfortably.

Living Room: With the highest level of comfort, the modern-looking living room has an ultra-luxury seating group, TV, coffee table, and air conditioning for your family and guests. There is also a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, dressing table, wardrobe, air conditioning, LCD TV, nightstand, jacuzzi, and bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, dressing table, wardrobe, air conditioning, LCD TV, nightstand, bathroom and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, dressing table, wardrobe, air conditioning, LCD TV, nightstand, jacuzzi and bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: The pool in the villa is 8 meters x 4 meters wide and 1.50 meters deep.

Garden: The pool in the garden is specially protected and cannot be seen from the outside in any way. In this way, you can have a safe holiday with your family. There are also 6 sun loungers, umbrellas, garden seating group and barbecue areas in the garden area.

Maintenance: The maintenance of our villa is organized once a day (morning or evening). During this maintenance, the maintenance of your pool and garden in the villa is done by our cleaning staff.

Note: A cleaning fee of 4,000 TL is requested for accommodations under 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: Our requested deposit for Villa Earth is 5,000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your check-in and will be re-allocated to you when you check-out. According to the terms of your deposit refund, there must be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of any damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guest check-in time for each villa is determined as 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important for you to leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a paid transfer or a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air travel, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who use private vehicles.
