Villa Düşes Yalı  is a 5-bedroom villa for rent in the nature, located in the Patara Mansion Area of Kalkan, with a capacity of 10 people. The interior of our villa is designed in a modern and spacious way. Villa Düşes Yalı is an ideal holiday option for your family or groups of friends with its private swimming pool, outdoor furniture, barbecue area, Turkish bath, sauna, indoor swimming pool with the protection of the pool terrace and the sea view accompanied by the nature view. The last 6 km of the road to Villa Düşes Yalı  is a stabilized road. Since the road to our villa is a dirt and stony road, it may be difficult for cars with low six to enter, but a high vehicle can easily provide transportation.

Kitchen : The bright and spacious fully designed American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, microwave oven, kettle, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room: There is a comfortable seating group, TV, DVD player, air conditioner in the living room with a magnificent view. There is a transition from the living room to the pool terrace.

Pool Dimensions: 14 meters X 5 meters wide, 1.60 meters deep.

Indoor Pool Dimensions: It is 6 meters X 2.5 meters wide and 1.40 meters deep.

Note : A short stay fee of 5,000 TL is required for accommodation of less than 7 nights.

From October 1 to April 1, indoor pool heating is included in the price. If other months are requested, an extra 2000 TL fee is charged per day.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Düşes Yalı  is 5,000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
