Villa Dream

Villa Dream is a 2 bedroom rental villa located in Kalkan Kördere. It dominates the sea and islands view of Kalkan. It has an infinity pool and a sheltered pool terrace. It is carefully decorated with comfortable items. One bedroom has a jacuzzi.

Kitchen: Modern American kitchen includes refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave oven, toaster, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans, glasses.

Living Room: There is a sitting group, TV, air conditioner, coffee table in the living room. You can go to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: One double bed, air conditioning, dresser, wardrobe, make-up table, jacuzzi, balcony, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: Two single beds, air conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, vanity table, balcony, bathroom and toilet.

Pool dimensions: 12 meters x 3.8 meters wide, 1.60 meters deep.

NOTE : A short stay fee of 2.000 TL is required for rentals of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure : The deposit required for Villa Dream is 3.000 TL. Damage deposit is taken prior to your entrance to the villa and will be refunded on departure. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, lost or broken items in the villa during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information : In each villa, new guest check-in time is set at 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. Villas are delivered ready at 16:00 to our new guests.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicles.
